When during Julia Timoshenko's performance in a palace hall "Ukraine" light has gone out, many present could not notice it at all. Timoshenko has openly declared existence of a corresponding political arrangement with an anti-recessionary coalition. Sources in environment Timoshenko have confirmed, what not all documents are still ready to legal proceedings, but the part is already really directed in KS.
Representatives of the block prefer not to press in details prematurely not to open all trumps before lawyers of a coalition. As it was expressed Timoshenko at press conference, «it is internal strategy and while I would not like it to disclose. We struggle for Ukraine in detail, and we would not like to yield our opponents superfluous motives». However it is known, that BJUT wishes to give to the president real legal levers for dissolution of the Supreme Rada in case of occurrence of crisis of the power i.e. if the parliament for any reasons cannot execute the constitutional duties.
For example, whether it is possible to consider the government not generated throughout 60 days if during this time the president brings in parliament in target dates nominees of the Minister for Foreign Affairs obviously not through passage, and deputies cannot confirm them? Peter Poroshenko or the same Boris Tarasyuk can become such "armored train" of dissolution, for example. However, for realisation of the similar scenario from Victor Andreevicha the political will is required to reach in "head-on collision" up to the end, instead of to try to use gift BJUT for blackmail and new arrangements with antikrizisnikami.
Further, judges KS can ask to state an estimation of constitutionality of procedure of formation of government Janukovicha. KS already now reconsiders the powers corrected by parliament to state an estimation to the constitutional changes which have already taken effect. Result of its job the weighed and balanced document according to which the power in Ukraine becomes responsible and simultaneously under control »is expected«.
