We create the Ukrainian Club of Autotourists!

By the decision of meeting of initiative group there is begun process of creation of the Ukrainian club of autotourists. Participants of a meeting have confirmed the name, a domain name of a site and the future structure of Club. Date of the constituent assembly of Club will be appointed at the next meeting of initiative group.

After discussion of offers of the friendly organisations and interested persons, the decision to create an independent site of Club which will be directly connected with a forum of autotravellers on site AutoUA.NET is accepted. Thus, the Club site will have own domain and filling, but its forum remains on AutoUA which will be thus adapted for requirements of Club. According to the preliminary arrangement with administration AutoUA, on a board of autotravel the accurate rubrication which will allow to structure better a branch of discussions in the near future will be entered.

The structure of the future site of Club is offered to general discussion. Following base sections are planned: reports with illustrations and comments of users, sights of Ukraine with descriptions and photos, hotels of Ukraine with photos and comments, institutions of the country rest, the worked routes of travel with all details, preparation of foreign trips, tourist news, news and announcements of a club life, forum AutoUA.

The multilevel structure of Club is confirmed.

The bottom level – anonymous readers of a site who in some cases also will acquire the right to leave the comment.

The following level – the registered users of a site who can participate in a forum hang out the reports, add new objects in bases of hotels, sights etc.

Base level – full members of Club. To receive this status and a club badge (in the future – a club map) each registered user of the site who has come on one of regular meetings of Club and filled simple questionnaire can. Full members of Club will acquire the right to accept participation in annual General meetings of Club on which key decisions will affirm, in thematic and exit meetings, to use physical library of maps and guidebooks.

Highest level – Club Council. Active members of Club who will voluntary incur responsibility for separate directions of organizational job will enter into it. Council will receive large powers on the organisation of job of Club, including changes in structure of the Council. At the initial stage all decisions will be accepted by a consensus.

The president of Club will be selected General meeting for certain term.

The club searches for a premise for regular meetings. In an ideal, it should be the cafe/bar/restaurant, adapted for carrying out of corporate actions (presence of a corresponding premise and equipment) and storages/administrations of club library. All offers are accepted!

Three kinds of regular club meetings are offered. Usual meetings will be weekly spent during concrete time on the basis of club cafe. Thus, each member of Club will know, that there is a place, where it is possible once a week (for example, on Thursday) to communicate to colleagues. At such meetings it will be obligatory to be present at least one member of Council of Club who, in particular, in an operative order will solve small organizational questions. Thematic meetings will pass once a quarter (or more often) with attraction of representatives of interested parties: consulates, tour agencies, enthusiasts etc. Exit meetings as our departure to Uman will be offered in process of preparation and desire of participants.

The library of maps and guidebooks at the initial stage will be in free using of all full members of Club. The voluntary payment in library fund corresponding materials will be the basis for using library. In case of need (unfair use), the mortgaging system will be entered.

Within the next few days the domain will be registered. Working out of corporate style, symbolics, technical I will shift the site organisations while I incur. However, I wait for offers of enthusiasts-professionals!

In the long-term future legal registration of Club, introduction of membership dues, the organisation of visa and legal support to members of Club, discount system in hotels etc. is supposed

The following meeting of organising committee will pass, roughly, in two weeks. On a concrete place and time I will inform in addition.
