The budget is already allocated for the Kiev district

The chairman of the Kiev regional state administration Belief Uljanchenko declares, that the government has already allocated 30 million grn. On designing of building of a ring road in the Kiev area.

She has informed on it today at press conference in Kiev, passes "unian".

Uljanchenko has told, that it is grateful to the government for support of the civil-engineering design of a ring road. She has confirmed, that road building should begin in 2007. As she said, it is a signal for investors will put means in this project.

Answering a question, whether there will be this road paid, Uljanchenko has told, that it seems to it, that inhabitants are yet ready to paid road therefore ways of the decision of this problem will be found.

As it was informed, earlier Uljanchenko already declared, that the Kiev regional state administration plans to begin building of the big ring road with the middle of 2007. As she said, for this project of all it is planned to spend 4 billion dollars.
