To tourists with Carpathians will help traffic signs

The constant increase in tourists of Karpatsky region compels officials to change road system of Ukraine. And to do it it is necessary quickly. So, council about tourism of Karpatsky region has addressed in the Cabinet to change road system of Ukraine, Natalia Gasjuk has informed the chief executive of council.

As she said, for today in Ukraine special signs which would facilitate to autotourists of travel and acquaintance with sights of culture, history, architecture and the nature are not defined. Council about tourism suggests to enter into the general vseukrainsky the register special signs and to make corresponding additions to the National standard of Ukraine "Signs road" DSTU 4100-2002.

According to Gasjuk, for carrying out of the pilot project creation of additional group of eleven signs which create system of road tourist signs with corresponding numbering is offered. "We have already prepared the concept of signs which provides the coordination of system of traffic signs operating in Ukraine with the international standards", - she has told.

For the pilot project from the state budget it is allocated by 30 thousand grn for an establishment of 100 experimental signs. The corresponding inquiry has directed council about tourism of Karpatsky region to the transport Ministry, informs MIGnews.
