To museum of history of Kiev have allocated the earth

The Kiev city council has allocated in the street Institute the ground area under the future Museum of history of Kiev. The corresponding decision was accepted at session Kievsoveta on Thursday, informs unian.

The site the area of 1,23 hectares is allocated by Open Company «city History» in rent for 5 years. Kievsovetom the project of land management of the taken away ground area for reconstruction and building, service of the Museum of history of Kiev as a part of an is administrative-hotel complex with the built in and attached premises of public and trading purpose with underground and land parkings in the street Institute is confirmed also.

According to the document using Federation of trade unions of Ukraine the ground area the area of 0,13 hectares, taken away to it in 2004 is stopped. The given allotment is a part of the earth which have been taken away by Open Company «city History». 1,1 More hectare of the company it is taken away at the expense of fund of the earths which have been not given earlier in the property or using.

In February, 2007 Kievsovet has authorised for a pulling down of a building of not complete building on street Institute, 3. In this territory it is planned to open the Museum of history of Kiev.

In the end of last year investment competition which has won Open Company «city History» has been declared. According to conditions of competition of Open Company should pass under the future Museum of history of Kiev of 10 thousand 700 sq. m of the areas constructed in this territory. In addition it also should pay means for a building which there now exists already more than 20 years, is not used and is in an emergency condition.

It is entrusted to central administrative board of municipal property KGGA to spend independent estimation of cost of a building of not complete building on Institute, 3 which is subject to a pulling down. In turn, Open Company «city History» should list these means as indemnification of cost of a building in the capital budget.

Besides, Kievsovet the Khreschatik, 5 for building of an ofisno-hotel complex "Capital" for 8,7 million grn has made the decision on sale of Open Company "Graal" of the ground area by the area of 0,2 hectares in the street. Also Kievsovet has passed Open Company "Graal" in addition 0,02 more hectare in rent for 1 year to the same address for building of the specified complex.

Before Open Company "Graal" has won investment competition on building of an ofisno-hotel complex on street a Khreschatik, 5 with a pulling down before a building existing here. According to the newspaper "Business", the company it is under control to businessman Michael Tabachniku, the brother of vice-premier Dmitry Tabachnika. Representatives of opposition in Kievsovete assert, that the ground area has been sold to it at the underestimated cost.

The company carries on more year negotiations with the international hotel operators who are ready to take part in the project and to conduct its management in the future. Also it was possible to find out, that the company already carries on negotiations with a number of the financial and investment companies for possibility of financing of the project as to provide declared for realisation of the project the sum of 160 million euro the company cannot. However comments under the given project in the company have refused.

At the same time, in the company have informed, that Kievsovet has obliged the company to carry out of certain investment obligations, in particular, to pay indemnifications to owners of the taken down real estate, to carry out a rerun and to lay new engineering networks from the European area to the Maidan of Independence and to construct new pedestrian crossings. Also deputies have obliged the company not to build above belltowers of Monastery (96) and the Sofievsky cathedral, and also hotel "Ukraine".

According to the project which the company has presented earlier to capital architects, the huge underground parking over which investors wish to place pedestrian crossings with objects of trade is planned. "Graal" has begun reconstruction of the European area since December, 2003. Within the limits of this project the 6-storeyed building of former restaurant "Capital" is taken already down. The company also participated in building of five-stars hotel "Opera" which has been sold to Rinatu Ahmetov.

Kievsovet also has sold Joint-Stock Company "Осокор" a site the area of 0,3 hectares on Dneprovsky quay in Darnitsky area for building of trading pavilion and a sink of cars for 5,7 million grn. To Private enterprise "Olga" by the area of 0,19 hectares in the street Autofactory, 52 in Obolonsky area the site is sold for 1,9 million grn for operation and service of industrial base. Open Company "Cornflower-LTD" by the area of 0,04 hectares in the street Marinas Raskovoj, 5-б in Dneprovsky area the site is sold for 395 thousand grn. For building of cafe "Southern" with a summer platform, the Interfax-Ukraine passes.
