Rest in Crimea again rises in price!

Current year rest cost in sanatoria, boarding houses and hotels AR Crimea has increased by 10-15 percent. Irina Chuhlova has informed on it MIGnews the chief executive of the Crimean association of travel agencies (KATA), referring on preliminary data.

As she said, increase of cost of rest is caused by the size of inflation in the country. Tour operators are prepared (red. - for a forthcoming season). Bases too. In particular, there are questions to railway transportation job. Tour operators disturbs "increase of the prices without any substantiation and arguing, cancellation of night booking of tickets, introduction of cost of linen in the ticket price" and others "innovations after which as a matter of fact has changed nothing: structures as always go thin, but thus tickets in cash desks are not present".

Also chief executive KATA has expressed fear, that dearness of rest can be one of the reasons of the further reduction of quantity of tourists to Crimea. Thus she has noticed, that region tour operators should raise cost of the services as differently they "will not survive". "At turopetatorov there is no other exit: the question on change of an order of the taxation is not solved in any way. There was a zero rate earlier and on cost turprodukta was less for 20 percent", - Irina Chuhlova has underlined.

Let's remind, last year the prices for tourist services in Ukraine have grown for 15-20 percent that has been connected with several factors including with a rise in prices for rail transportation.

In the meantime, on tourism development this year the Autonomous republic will receive 2 million 250 thousand grn. Marina Slesareva has informed On it the first deputy minister of resorts and tourism AR Crimea. "It is money which go not only on formation of image of Crimea, and as a whole on preparation and season carrying out. We directly direct Any part of this money on advertising, and any part - on scientific workings out, on various actions... It also our seminars, study and so on", - was underlined by M.Slesareva.

As she said, this year is planned to finish program preparation on development of rural tourism in region. "The project of this program at us is. In May we will take out it on Ministerial council", - has noted the first deputy minister of tourism and resorts ARK, having underlined, that in tourism sphere some programs have been already developed.

"Before by us have been turned out the program and on yachting, and the program" Sea coast ", and the program of development of Crimea as all-the-year-round resort... One trouble - any of these programs has not been financed. We had a program on trailering - the remarkable program calculated for 5 years. For these 5 years in a total sum, in my opinion, have been listed 50 thousand grn. At requirement about 2,5 million grn.", - has underlined M.Slesareva, having added, that some of the specified programs have been confirmed at session Sovmina of Crimea, and some - the Supreme Rada of Ukraine.

The project which is planned to present this year, provides business development in sphere of rural tourism. "In this program is both spice-cake, and a whip: on the one hand, there are rigid standards which should be maintained, and on the other hand is a support for these businessmen. It both study of experts, and fund creation in support, and association creation... It is a number of the actions directed on development of tourism", - has noted M.Slesareva, having underlined, that financing of the given program did not pay off yet.

At the same time it has expressed hope, that financing of development of rural tourism will pass both at the expense of own means, and at the expense of state financing. We will remind, as of the middle of March the volume of passenger traffic in Autonomous republic Crimea has made 601,4 thousand persons (for the similar period of 2006 - 605,6 thousand), that on 0,7 % below level of last year. The quantity had a rest has made 121,4 thousand persons, that on 3,0 % it is less, than last year (125,1 thousand people).
