Reconstruction of the Ukrainian part of a line Kiev-Moscow will be finished in 2007, the vice-president of the State administration of highways of Ukraine Evgenie Protsenko has informed.

As he said, all reconstruction of a line of Chernigov area passing on territory of 95 km and 98 km on territory of the Sumy area is provided. protsenko has reminded, that 52 km of a line of Kiev area passing on territory have been reconstructed in 2006.

Besides, he has noticed, that the reconstruction project provides expansion proezzhej parts to 9 m, that is the road will be classified, as "improved ІІ categories".

According to protsenko, financing of jobs is planned at the expense of attraction of proceeds of credit under the state guarantees. "But for this purpose it is necessary to pass the law on changes in the state budget. When it will be made, we declare open competition on creditor bank selection. Who will offer the low interest, that and will work", - he has told.

In the beginning of February 2007г. The chairman of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine Alexander Moroz during a meeting with ministers of transport of Ukraine Nikolay Rudkovskim and the Russian Federation Igor Levitinym has declared, that the Supreme Rada will legislatively support all necessary initiatives for building avtobana Kiev-Moscow.
