Crossing of the Ukrainian-Russian border have simplified

Russia and Ukraine have signed the new agreement on the visa-free trips, defining the list of the documents, the valid citizens for mutual trips of two states. As have informed the correspondent of "New Region» in press-service JUUZHD, the new document reduces number of the documents valid for crossing of border. As before, to go to travel on territory of other state, visa registration is not required to citizens of Russia and Ukraine, and for purchase of a travel paper (ticket) there is enough passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation or Ukraine. The birth certificate with the loose leaf confirming citizenship, and also the permission from parents if it goes to travel to their absence is necessary for the child. In the new agreement the list of documents which, besides the passport of citizenship of the Russian Federation or Ukraine, are valid for realisation of mutual trips is changed.

So, according to the agreement citizens of the Russian Federation drive, leave, stay and move on territory of Ukraine on the basis of documents: 1. The passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation; 2. The Passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation, proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation outside of the Russian Federation (passport); 3. The Diplomatic passport; 4. The Service passport; 5. The Birth certificate (for children about 14 years are elderly) with accessory instructions to citizenship of the Russian Federation; 6. The passport of the seaman (the identification card of the seaman) – in the presence of a ship role or an extract from it; 7. The certificate on entrance (returning) to the Russian Federation (only for returning to the Russian Federation); 8. The flight certificate of a member of crew of an air vessel.

Citizens of Ukraine drive, leave, stay and move on territory of the Russian Federation on the basis of documents: 1. The passport of the citizen of Ukraine; 2. The passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad; 3. The Diplomatic passport; 4. The Service passport; 5. The Travel paper of the child; 6. The Birth certificate for children is elderly till 16 years (under condition of departure accompanied by parents (adoptive fathers), trustees, trustees or the persons authorised on it by parents (adoptive fathers), trustees, trustees); 7. The Identification card of the seaman (in the presence of a ship role or an extract from it); 8. The Identification card on returning to Ukraine (only at returning to Ukraine); 9. The certificate of a member of crew of an air vessel.

Let's remind, that since 2004 citizens of Russia and Ukraine are released from registration for the period of stay in territory of the next states if term of such stay does not exceed 90 days. Now juzhnouraltsy can go to Ukraine by two passing trains: Sverdlovsk-Simferopol, Vladivostok – Kharkov or to hook-on cars Chelyabinsk-Odessa.

In the summer additional trains will be entered: Chelyabinsk-Simferopol and Chelyabinsk-Odessa, and also hook-on cars Chelyabinsk-Simferopol, Chelyabinsk-Mariupol, Orenburg-Simferopol, Orsk-Simferopol, the Barrow-simferopol, Petropavlovsk-Simferopol. In September the constant train Chelyabinsk – Lvov will start to ply.
