The Jagilnitsky lock sell illegally?

The Office of Public Prosecutor of the Ternopol area has protested actions of local agency of the real estate which tries to sell the Jagilnitsky lock in Chertkovsky area, informs unian.

As has informed the press-secretary of regional public prosecutor Lesja Dolishnaja, the lock is a monument of local value (security number 2134), and on its sale there should be a permission of regional management of town-planning and architecture concerning building alienation. However, she has noted, agency "Яворина" which is engaged in lock sale, did not receive such consent in this connection officials of management have addressed in Office of Public Prosecutor.

According to Dolishnoj, after the received protest the management "JAvoriny" has assured, that will necessarily address for the coordination if on the lock the buyer is found. In the coordination should be, in particular, obuslovlenno, that the new owner will not change appearance of the lock.
